Jaxon Taylor's Little Red Ride

Story

Hi There,
I have decided to make a difference by creating my very own fundraising page for this year's Little Red Ride to support children and young people living with Muscular Dystrophy.
This year the Little Red Ride will be at Richmond Park from 10am and we will be taking on a wheelchair obstacle / slalom course! The Little Red Riders will challenge ourselves and each other in a series of fun wheelchair races.
Then we will form a cheer squad to welcome in all the Big Red Ride cyclists who have cycled all the way from Bondi! We hope to give the riders some motivation to climb the big hill to Katoomba. It is going to be a fun family day with a BBQ lunch, kid’s activities and a presentation ceremony for all the Little and Big Red Riders! All welcome to join in the fun.
It would be wonderful if you would support my efforts by making a secure donation. I would also really appreciate it if you could share my page above or comment below so more people know about this wonderful cause. Simply click 'Donate Now' to make a secure online donation.
Thank you so much for your support! Children and young people with Muscular Dystrophy will benefit enormously from your generous support.
Kind Regards
Jaxon and the Little Red Riders!

    Muscular Dystrophy NSW

Muscular Dystrophy is a devastating neuromuscular disorder, which results in the progressive deterioration of muscle strength and function. It affects 20,000 people in Australia and is more prevalent than Cystic Fibrosis, Huntington's Disease and Tay Sachs Disease combined. The most common form is Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which primarily affects boys. Onset of this condition is between 3 and 5 years of age and the disorder progresses rapidly with most boys completely dependent on an electric wheelchair by their early teens. Life expectancy for this disorder is usually only until late teens or early twenties.
